At least until the lawyers will find’ loopholes around it -- or if they think they can leave some features out. But just think about the interface with the multi-finger touchpad. I believe there will be no way around that patent. And the iPhone is more than just the smartphone -- it is the UI.</p> <p>But, having said all above: I certainly hope at least Nokia and Motorola will give it a shot and provide for some more competition! I don’t believe anyone will just copy it. 200 patents in it, this will hold the others away for some time.
