Ⅰ know it is very easy to do if Ⅰ use the phone via my USB cable — it then connects as a local device/drive and all is easy. Ⅰ would love to have iSync do the job for me ;) And of course iTunes synching the phone like an iPod, as longs as there still is no iPhone to get.
