How do you use DevonThink?

Ever since I got my hands on DevonThink some years ago I knew there was some larger meaning to this wonderfol application - I had been trying it then but somehow was overwhelmed by its possible uses. When I finally adopted DevonThink, I believe it was during 1.7 or so, I started one easy way: just dump all of my literature, manuals and whatever I could find into it and it was quite cool to find long lost papers. However I had not really been using it much then, just as a database. Some weeks ago I began to dig deeper into DevonThink - especially since I am still in the progress of adopting David Allen’s work-flow Getting Things Done - and DevonThink is one central piece of it. For storing my projects, support files and also for managing inboxes, references etc. But then: this application is so potent and powerful that is is not really easy to understand what you can do with it, how much more you could do with it - especially the Pro version that is completely applescriptable. So many possibilities! Steven recently published an article how he uses DT, wich is quite different yet somehow similar to my own use - and from what I hear there are quite many writers out there using DevonThink. I will be looking for further stories of DT Users. In the meanwhile: check DT out! It may be just what you were looking for!
