Wikipedia may help with getting your music collection organized. Although I still think the “Genre” Tag in MP3s is useless in its current incarnation. What use makes it when you can browse music by genre but then try to classify not in broad genres but in much detail? So my solution is to use the general broad genre and then fine tune by using the” grouping” tag.

mit Tomaten, Speck, Knoblauch - ist doch sehr ungewöhnlich, und wo ist der Unterschied dann zur Pizza? bei de.rec.mampf gibts auch ein paar Kommentare dazu. Der ursprüngliche Flammenkuchen war ein Nebenprodukt beim Brotbacken - ein Stück Brotteig dunn ausgerollt mit Rahm bestrichen und in den Ofen zum Testen ob der denn auch schon heiß genug war.
Dementsprechend: Flammenkuchen ist mit Sauerteig… aber heutzutage schon fast mit allem belegbar. Mit Hefeteig gehts auch, ist aber geschmacklich doch noch was anderes.
Jetzt fehlt mir nur noch der richtige Sauerteig, der auch aufgehen will und nicht nur sauer schmeckt. Gerade probiert: Fazit: sehr lecker, aber der Teig war zu dick ausgerollt; ohne Hefen im Sauerteig ist er auch zu kompakt und ich muß noch am Belag arbeiten, der dampft mir so zu schnell weg. Dafür war die Idee das ganze mit Creme Fraiche und Schafskäse zu belegen sehr lecker.
